Very young children, pre-teens, and teenagers require unique approaches in dealing with their behavior, guiding dental growth and development, and educating them to avoid future dental problems. A pediatric dentist is best qualified to meet these needs. Pediatric dentists undergo special training for an additional two to three years after dental school to learn how to better understand and care for children, from infancy to teens, as well as persons with disabilities.
We believe our greatest asset is our skilled and talented dental team. NOVA Children’s Dentistry requires members of our clinical staff be trained and certified according to state guidelines, as well as possess a special interest in children. We cultivate relationships with each and every patient, ensuring not only better dental care but making “a visit to the dentist” into “a visit between friends.”
